Normal delivery time in Sweden is 2-4 days. For forces outside the warehouse area, additional 2-3 days will be added.
We ship orders with Postnord direct home to the address you entered.


COMPLAINT

I there is a complaint please contact us by mail order@youzee.se and describe the problem and we will return to you with a suggested solution.
When the product is individually customized, there is no general right of withdrawal or open purchase unless a functional error exists.
NOTE! We are not responsible for incorrect prescriptions or incorrectly completed orders. If you are unsure how to complete the order, please contact us and we will assist you.
